At Cocopalm Swimwear, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items with original tags and hygiene liners intact within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective hygiene strips are firmly attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
